About

Tom Marino

Forty-five years building, running, and turning around precision gear and aerospace manufacturers.

Tom Marino, Managing Director

Tom Marino has spent his entire career on the floor of gear and aerospace manufacturing — as an owner, an operator, and an advisor.

Over more than four decades he has acquired, built, and run precision gear manufacturers — from Kosmo Gears and Gear Technology to Production Engineering & Machine — delivering complex, high-precision aerospace gearing for commercial and defense programs.

That experience spans the entire manufacturing system: CNC hobbing, shaping, and grinding; ID/OD grinding; AS9100 quality and inspection; capital equipment strategy; process planning; and the OEM and Tier 1 relationships that move programs forward.

Marino Aerospace Advisory Group is where that experience goes to work for other manufacturers — helping them build, expand, and optimize gear manufacturing capability with practical, manufacturable, and economically sound decisions.

Today, the practice brings together a dedicated team of specialists — Senior Aerospace Gear Engineers and Senior Aerospace AS9100 Quality Experts — so clients get real depth across engineering and quality, not a single point of contact.
